If you have an HSA, FSA, or HRA health insurance plan, you are eligible to receive full reimbursement for hearing protection expenses with a letter of medical necessity from your doctor.

Shipping Times
The shipping time is generally less than 4-8 days for the impression kit. Once it is received back from you, the shipping time for the product will be 2-6 weeks for U.S. and Canada. All other countries MAY be longer. COVID-19 delays should be expected with USPS shipments.
Returns

If you chose to return your product, please call or email us to let us know you'll be returning your product, then ship your product back to us in a sturdy box with a copy of the invoice that was included with your products at delivery. Returns will be accepted 30 days from the original delivery date of the product according to the tracking number provided by our Stamps.com shipping account.
